Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl combine red wine, olive oil, and salt, then set your meat in the mixture overnight in the refrigerator.

2. The next day remove the meat from the marinade.

3. Sprinkle platter with flour, then roll your meat in the flour. Now, carefully brown your meat on both sides in a pan over medium-high heat.

4. Add the peppers, onions, carrots and potatoes to your pan.

5. Continue to cook your potatoes until they are browned, and your onions are translucent. Add the garlic/salt mixture to pan. Stir to combine well.

6. Add your remaining ingredients and continue to simmer until the meat is tender. Remove bay leaf, then Serve and enjoy!
